Kaleah was amazing. From the minute I walked in I felt so welcomed & pampered. I hadn’t got a facial in years and honestly have not been the best to my skin clearly. She walked me through every product, made sure I was comfortable, explained everything in depth to me & truly appreciate her. I bought about $100+ worth of products that I’m excited to use. 10/10 recommend

I love this place already! First time here today and i love it. DANA was so lovely and made sure i knew what everything she was using on my face was and answered my questions. I definitely recommend Hi Skin! If you love to get facials or new to getting facials this is where you should go. I got THE REALLY GOOD FACIAL which is perfect if it’s your first time or just trying the location itself for the first time. I also got the products she recommended to me because why not use the same products they used on me at home 🫣. I also recommend getting the membership as well if you want to continue going!

I visited HiSkin with my daughter for a spa day and the services themselves were wonderful. We each had The Really Good Facial along with microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and a PureLift treatment. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff was great. We left glowing and really loved the treatments. The only issue was at checkout. I tipped 20% for each tech, but with discounts and complimentary services in the mix, the way the tip was calculated was not clearly explained and the final amount ended up higher than I expected. I do not mind tipping well for great service, but I value transparency. Tip for future guests: bring cash for gratuity so you can control the math yourself. Overall, we enjoyed the experience a lot. I just wish the tipping process had been clearer.

I started with Hi Skin 3 months ago and became a member immediately. I also brought my aunt and she became a member too. My esthetician, Kamree was AMAZING!!! She walked me through everything that she was doing to my face. She also wasn't marketing any products, however, letting me know her suggestions and why she suggested it, and of course I bought every thing she suggested. Kamree also didn't let me spend unnecessary money because I was trying to buy everything off the shelves. I do wish there were more private areas because we are all in the open. Also, I wish there was a point system, so after so many visits there is a discount on products. Lastly, I'm over 50 and my aunt is over 70, so to say that is to say, seasoned women and men will find Hi Skin amazing too.

I’ve gone a few times to Hi Skin and can’t say enough great things! I’ve had the hour and the 30 min facial and every time it’s been 10/10. All of the estheticians have been very knowledgeable and tell me exactly what they are using and why. I went recently with Kryslin and she was amazing. She wasn’t too rough during the extractions and went above and beyond with every step. I love this place so much I am starting a membership in January.
