I cannot say enough good things about this gym and the culture that has been created. Jere is incredibly knowledgeable and can apply his skill set to beginners and high level athletes. He has helped me fix a nagging back issue, while increasing my strength. His background in physical therapy and strength training provides a level of care that is hard to find. The gym is clean with top notch equipment, and the members/staff are very friendly. If you want to improve your quality of life, or your son/daughter's athletic performance come check it out!!!
