dentist was rude and in a rush he filled in my cavities with dark filler instead of the white. Which I was specific about. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dental office. I should have took it as a sign when they asked me to come back the same day to get my fillings and they tried to charge me 2 times for a co payment the same day. Horrible experience.

I came in one day because I had a really bad toothache. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, and the doctor was really attentive. The only thing that bugged me was that his card machine was down, but he still took me in for a cleaning. He was so worried about me paying that he came in during my cleaning, dental assistant was literally in my mouth, cleaning my teeth, bib on, and asked me to get up and pay once his machine was working. I found this really unprofessional. I understand that he wanted payment, but it couldn’t wait until I was done? I felt a bit embarrassed since there was still cleaning paste in my mouth and I was standing there waiting for my card to go through in the front. I also have been waiting to hear if my insurance would cover some of my root canal. I haven’t gotten a phone call ba

Got a root canal there and they didn’t do it right went back and still didn’t finish the job so I had to go somewhere else.

Has been my dentist since I was a child. He is honest with me about what needs to be done, what can wait, and what I should expect in the future. I have had regular dental work, cleanings, and invisalign and I am so happy with their office and procedures!

We can’t trust their appointment. They had cancelled a previous appointment and when we went again recently, they said they couldnt do my senior citizen dad’s root canal because after dealing with an administrative issue with them regarding a mismatched date of birth (day was off by 2 days and we went to the state office to fix it that morning) which took 10 minutes, they couldnt do the procedure even after we offered to wait as long as needed for the rest of the day. We had explained that i had to fly from the east coast to take my dad there and had driven up from orange county that morning and that the next time we could come back would be a month later at best. It seems like they will push out MediCal covered appointments over other coverage at the *very* least.
