We are so incredibly grateful for Herolds Pharmacy. The customer service is truly unmatched, and it means so much to our family to support such a wonderful local, family-owned business. When our child needed a prescription in the evening, they personally hand delivered it to our home at 7:30pm on a weekday. That level of care, kindness, and dedication simply doesn’t happen at big chain pharmacies — no CVS would ever do that. Herolds goes above and beyond in every way, and it does not go unnoticed. Herold's is the best of the best, they always answer the phone and walk me through any questions I might have. It's the only pharmacy I've ever been to where I don't feel like a bother and they're happy to help/see me!

I gave them 5 stars since they have improved their availability of medications. And even if they do not have everything in stock they can do partials. The biggest thing about Herolds is that they are friendly and fast. They are also local and have a welcoming atmosphere.
