Perfect experience. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Higgins was great. I was there as a new patient for Golfer's Elbow. The best part was they did an exam, X-rays, shot, and phoned in prescription to my pharmacy in about an hour. No wasted time and no unnecessary visits.

This dude has absolutely the worst bedside manner I have EVER SEEN! After waiting over an hour he comes in, completely not understanding of my wife’s situation. She didn’t want meds or anything she just wanted to explain her situation and try to understand his explanation. Professional wasn’t even close to being in the room with us. Then when he leaves the room he says “head out to the left” after he’s already in the hallway and we just looked at each other like is this for real! My wife has been in Law Enforcement locally for 15 years and this was the first time I seen her come home and she was broken from this place and this guy! More questions than answers. This place and this guy are not the choice to make!

Dr. Higgins is brilliant and he has a wonderful personality. He takes time to explain things in terms that the average person can understand. He treats you like family and you don’t feel like he is rushing you. His team is organized and get things done efficiently. I highly recommend him!

Very impressed with Dr. Higgins. I had sharp pain in my hip since last July with numbness in my right leg not allowing me to walk or do basic functions. After visiting many so called doctors, I was giving up and worried that I will be living with this pain forever. After many research, I decide to give Dr. Michael a chance and I was not disappointed. I visited Dr. Higgins yesterday. First thing, the team is very nice and welcoming. I received an x-ray for my hip and then the doctor came in with his nice smile and positive attitude and he told me that I don't need treatment and that I should be feeling good immediately. He gave me a shot and I am starting to feel better. I am incredibly happy I visited Dr. Higgins and that finally the pain beginning to go down. Thank you!

The overall quality of my experience from the front desk staff to the Dr. Higgins himself was amazing! The staff were friendly and accommodating to my school schedule and Dr. Higgins listened to me, made me feel comfortable and was very informative. I have recommended family members and friends! 10/10
