Just wanted to recognize Dr. John and the staff at Heritage Urgent & Primary Care in Raleigh for their excellent customer service and support. Dr. John is as thorough as can be. He's personable and knowledgeable, and he's helped me significantly improve my overall health! Appreciate all he has done!

I am very happy that I found myself in such caring and responsible hands. I have been seeing Grace Sabine, PA for the past three months, and she is truly one of the best primary care providers I’ve ever had. She is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. I feel listened to and well supported at every visit, and I’m very grateful to be under her care.

I LOVE this practice! They give incredible time and attention and make me feel cared about when I’m feeling my worst! I recently had bronchitis and Beth’s expertise had me back on track and feeling better within 24 hours. They have a procedure room where I was able to nap and get IV fluids. The staff were lovely and checked on me multiple times. 5+ stars.

Literally the greatest physician practice experience of my life. Daughter had an issue and we couldn’t get in anywhere for weeks. Their staff worked us in the same day and resolved the issue right away. They are competent, kind and think on a level far beyond anything you will see in a crowded hospital system. If you care about customer service, being treated as a priority, need to be seen fast and want a health plan that extends beyond a pill, you owe it to yourself and/or family to be seen there. Google needs an additional 5 stars for this practice.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this office is unbelievable. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made no eye contact, offered no greeting, and were extremely rude. As a patient coming in for a doctor’s visit, being treated poorly right from the start is unacceptable. The experience only got worse with the nurse, Deidra with Quest, who was supposed to handle my lab work and blood draw. She was incredibly rude, spoke to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable, and treated me with complete disrespect. As a patient, I have the right to voice concerns and request a different nurse, which I did. Instead of addressing my concerns, Dr. Windell responded in a passive-aggressive manner and refused to listen or
