Heritage Plaza Animal Hospital

My dog had his first appointment today! I was pretty nervous because i’ve had negative experiences with other vets acting condescending and patronizing towards me, because I am a young dog owner. I was incredibly relieved to go to heritage plaza vet and instantly feel like any other respected and valued client. All of the staff members are extremely nice, informative, helpful, and welcoming! I can’t thank you all enough! We look forward to our upcoming appointment!

Dr. Kim, Kellsey (vet tech), and Teresa (receptionist) are an absolute wonderful team. Dr. Kim has gone above and beyond for my pet, Earl. She works hard to find the best possible treatment when needed without it costing a fortune. Kellsey is always so kind, attentive, and calm when checking out her fur patients. Teresa is always so helpful and thorough when it comes to checking on Earl. She always responds in a timely manner and if need be, calls for a possible solution. I can tell they really enjoy their jobs and are here to help your fur babies. I feel like nowadays it’s hard to find a vet that truly cares and is not just about the money. Heritage Plaza Animal Hospital is different and care about not only your fur child but you. I will always recommend them.

We put our beloved dog Emma to sleep this past Thursday. The clinic was wonderful in the process to help out sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge 😔🌈
