Heritage of Hudson

Warm, Compassionate Environment I recently visited a family member at Heritage of Hudson in Hudson, Ohio, and was genuinely impressed by the care and attention provided by the staff. Everyone I encountered—from the nurses to the administrative team—was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. You can tell they truly care about the residents and their well-being. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. There’s a calm, home-like atmosphere that immediately puts visitors at ease. I also appreciated the way the staff took time to interact warmly with both residents and guests, always ready to answer questions or lend a hand. Wow, the staff here is amazing. Super nice people. They have a therapy cat that runs around and one of the employees brings their beautiful well manicured and groomed, red golden retriever. I had to stop in here to pick some items up. I don’t have anyone in here that needs actual care, but the kindness and welcoming Ness of the staff was amazing. Definitely five stars when it comes to the people employed here. The exterior is just as beautiful. Nice views of water fountain and Ponds.

Heritage of Hudson is a special place for the residents there and their families. The staff is helpful meeting needs and being informative. Most impressive is the "team effort" made by nursing, activities, dietary, and housekeeping to be concerned with all aspects of the residents' care at Heritage. Another bonus is the variety of activities planned monthly. From interesting speakers, musicians, outings, games, and food experiences, plus a variety of extra activities, all of which provide an abundance of time for fun, relaxation, and interaction, not only with each other, but the community. From having a loved one cared for at Heritage, it is my personal recommendation that the Heritage of Hudson Nursing Facility is a stable, upstanding establishment.

My mother-in-law lived at Heritage of Hudson for 6 years before passing away recently. It is a very nice facility with pond views and well maintained. The staff who took care of mom, however, were exceptional. They had so much patience and were very kind to all of us as we spent a lot of time there the last few weeks. We truly appreciate the great work you do!

Not only was the care my mother received exceptional, they treated my family like we were their own. Pam Alison and the rest of her crew were extremely kind, professional, informative, and helpful. I would give it 20 stars if I could! God bless all of them.
