Cleveland Clinic Hudson Express and Outpatient Care

I took my son in yesterday at 7pm well we arrived around 653pm. Because I had just got off from work. He had been complaining of an ear ache and his foot pain. The check in person was very pleasant. When the MA came to get my son and I she was very RUDE! She acted like I was interrupting her by coming to have my son examined. My son is 6 years old. She made me and him feel very uncomfortable like we were bugging her because he wasn’t feeling well. This was the lady who has the blonde like copper color hair she is black and very rude even asking me and my son questions I wanted to ask her ARE YOU OK?! I should’ve asked for a different medical assistant but I will not return back to Hudson Cleveland Clinic Express care. I cannot believe she has a job in the healthcare field her attitude was

Dr. Savel is a great doctor! She has really helped me progress with my health the last year. I couldn't have done it without her so I appreciate it alot! The Healthcare system has some flaws, but you have to remember these are people too and they're not perfect. I was shown compassion, understanding, support, & a strong willingness to help. Really all you can ask for! Thanks again for the help and support!

After 3 weeks of intense pain in my nose my ENT had an emergency and cancelled my appointment for Dec 29..( things happen) Anyhow I went to Hudson Urgent Care. Waited maybe 20 min and got in to be seen. The nurse that took my vitals was very nice and accommodating and LISTENED! (Thank you!) I was seen by FNP-C Alison Chiplinski and she is a saint in my eyes! I mentioned my problem at a previous appointment on Nov 18. Kinda got blown off but figured it wasn’t a big deal. (Three weeks ago I started to have excruciating pain in my nose. Unfortunately at the last minute my ENT had to cancel ) Anyhow, Alison listened and I mean listened. She was caring and had a sweet disposition! Gave me a diagnosis and put me on the appropriate meds! Thank you so much Alison and Hudson CCF Urgent Care! I fee

We come to this office as it’s our Pediatricians home base. Great experiences with the pediatric care & personnel here. Everyone is kind & communicative. They take their time to listen to our concerns and to help us navigate our way through parenthood. Highly recommend this team of wonderful people

Dissapointment to the medical industry. Expect to get charged close to $500 for a 30 min visit. When I prompted the billing dept for an explanation-breakdown of charges it has been a 2 week process of them sending the same document in different formats. Never explaining why it cost so much. This ridiculous pricing and unsympathetic doctors will make me reconsider receiving medical assistance. This place does not care about you, only your wallet. I do not regularly go to doctors for minor things, and the 1 time I was talked into going, this happens. I guess I will only go now if I'm on my death bed.
