Heritage Manor West

I very impressed the rooms were clean. When I walked in the front door I was greeted by staff. It was nice to come to a facility and no bad odors. That was the first in a long time. I have a very sensitive nose and usually I have to cut my visit short. So I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe home &for their love ones.

I went to visit a relative today since she was recently accepted as a resident at Heritage Manor West Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Shreveport. I have visited several Skilled Nursing facilities over the past 20 years in Louisiana and Texas, and I can honestly say that I was very impressed with today’s visit. The facility was beautiful, expansive, clean, and with very friendly staff. All of the resident rooms appeared to be private, clean and spacious. I can’t say enough good about Heritage Manor West Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center!

I was in town for two reasons my Aunts 99th birthday and to visit my brother whose a resident at your facility Needless to say the customer service was great but there was one young lady who went over and beyond. We chatted about my brother and she made me feel like caring for my brother was like taking care of family. The thing is I didn’t get her name but she helped with the lady with the big whit Afro.

Everybody had a "Hello" or "Welcome" for me as I entered. Aides and nurses spoke as they passed my aunt's room. She got hugs from those she called her daughters as she introduced me. The visit to my aunt's room was very welcoming and we had a pleasant place to enjoy our lunch together.

I love this facility! They are beyond professional, but still kind hearted. I found it to be very cleaner and sharper than most facilities in Shreveport. The lunch for the patients is phenomenal and I’ve found that they love it!
