Heritage Manor Stratmore

The dementia hall is horrible. The nurses stay on their phones and talk to the residents like animals. They never knock my momma clothes up so she does have much of anything.

Admissions nurse went the extra mile to call me when she received the referral, asking what my expectations were and where my partner would be going from Skilled Nursing. I so appreciate that we are on the same page and working toward the same goal for Pat’s care and safety. Unlike his last previous admission, at another facility, I feel like we are working together toward the best possible outcome for him!

There was a very pleasant aroma when I entered the facility. The staff was friendly and pleasant as well. The facility appeared to be cleaned and fresh throughout. The residents that I visited were happy and pleased with the kindness and treatment they have been receiving from the staff.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I am sure that my relatives there are receiving outstanding care.

My dad loves it here . Everyone is very helpful and extremely nice. the place is clean. Dad said the food it good as well! They always have a lot of activities for the residents and I’m truly so relieved and happy we were able to get my dad into this nursing home. I don’t have to worry about him I know he is safe and happy here. Thanks Heritage Manor!!
