Heritage Manor of Mandeville

I stopped by Heritage Manor to drop off a Christmas gift. The girls at the reception desk were so sweet and helpful. The facility was beautiful and very clean, and it is decorated nicely for the holidays!!!

My Mom had to sit in a chair most of the day because they did not have clean sheets to put on the bed. She was there because of having hip surgery. I asked more than one person for sheets and was told that they would have sheets in the afternoon. This was early morning. The place was dirty and smelled horrible. The staff was in the hall playing on their phone instead of taking care of patients.

The home is clean and professional staff helping them at each point. Always someone to help promptly. Keep up with the good service

Always pleasant. My Sister is a resident and the nurses and CNAs are wonderful to her. I really appreciate there devotion.

Great place! This facility was amazing for my mother. They had activities everyday and the food was great! Administration was always present and if we had a concern they responded quickly. Thank you for providing great care to my mother to get her back home quickly.
