Heritage Hall West, Agawam Ma

I call to check on my mother-in-law almost daily. NOT ONE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE, yet when I am there visiting, I see 1 or 2 people sitting at nurses station, thevohine rings and nobody picks up. What the heck!! When someone does answer when I call(usually never or only after 15 to 20 minutes) It's not a nurse, then on hold for 10 to 20 minutes for the nurse un charge. Totally not confident in the quality of care my mother-in-law or anyone else gets here. Looking into other options.
