I’ve always been treated well at this practice. I appreciate that I was seen promptly and was treated professionally. My technician, Amy, did a great job with my cleaning. She was efficient and gentle. She gave me specific tips for handling potential problems areas. Dr Moon gave me a clear explanation of additional treatment she is recommending, explaining why, and how soon I needed to address it. I was also provided a treatment plan, including anticipated costs, before I even checked out. I left with a clear understanding of what I needed to do to continue maintaining good dental health. Ive been going to Heritage Family Dentistry since,, November, 2025. I’ve had the greatest experience that I’ve ever experienced in a dentist office. The front office personnels, always greets me with a warm smile,, that makes me feel welcomed. The back office personnels are amazing, they’ve done an awesome job on my teeth and gums. From the assistants, the hygienist, and last but bet least, Dr. Moon. They always explains to plains to me , in advance in regards, to what they need to do to me for that particular visit. They opens the door for me to ask questions and get my opinion on the work that they’re doing on my teeth; which makes me feel very understood, warm and fuzzy. So, “Kudos” to the entire staff for your awesome customer services!!

Heritage Family Dentistry has been a great place to go. Their front desk staff is always kind and welcoming, and their hygienists do a wonderful job. Dr. Moon was the first dentist in my adult life to notice and inform me that my jaw was misaligned, and although I do not necessarily enjoy adult braces, I'm glad they took the time to really get to know my case and work with me to have the best smile possible!

As someone who was a former RDA, I look for certain aspects of an office. Upon visiting, the greetings from the front office were warm and welcoming. My hygienist was thorough and efficient. I wish I could remember her name, but I could have talked to her all day long. She was very sweet and the entire appointment was comforting. Dr. Moon was just as thorough and knowledgeable. We talked about health, dentistry and my background. We even joked about me applying to the office-and I surely would! Overall, as a newcomer to Dallas.
