The staff were wonderful. As a new patient. I arrived for appt. Unfortunately, my mother passed the friday prior, family out of state, plus having a heart attack in April, was enough to give me emotional distraction, for sure, they gave me time and reschedule options. I wasn't in a good space, I have contacted my cardiologist to send a letter letting them know if I can be seen. To give the system time, ill wait a few more days, then call. Sometimes that simple caring touch is more than you realize. Thank you.

I went for my initial new patient visit today. Everyone there was wonderful and made me feel relaxed and welcome during the entire visit. Also love the view out the window of the exam rooms. Everyone I interacted with during my visit today explained what and why of everything they did, and were very clear on my options for treatment going forward. I’ve definitely found my new dentist!

I broke a tooth and needed a root canal. My endodontist highly recommended Heritage Dental and I could not have been more pleased with the service. Everyone was super nice, I was unable to complete the 2 hour new patient appointment due to a meeting so we broke it up into 2 sessions. As nervous as the dentist can make people I didn’t have any anxiety. They are going to do a same day crown as they have the ability to do it same day. Very cool and I highly recommend
