I’ve been going to Brattleboro Hearing for 12 years. Sarah is a joy to work with. She asks questions and then listens to adjust my hearing aids.

The staff at BHC is top notch. They seem to truly care about transition to new hearing aids and want ensure that the hearing aids make a positive impact on their clients. The level of care and service is impressive, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of hearing aids.

After working fourty-five years in heavy construction I found myself saying excuse me or huh or what? Finally decided to get a hearing test. I read the reviews for BHC and they were great, so I made the appointment and Shayna performed the testing. I was surprised with the results, not good! Returned for follow up appointment and Shayna answered my questions about the different products and had me try a set to see the difference,WOW!!! A couple of weeks later I went in and Shayna programmed my new hearing aids and gave me all the info and instructions, very thorough! When I got out of the car at home I heard birds chirping for the first time in many years! Wonderful experience! I rate them higher than a five!!!!

I'm so happy with Brattleboro Hearing. My hearing aids are now functioning perfectly. It was simple. They tested my older ones, figured out one of them needed to be sent out for repair and got them back up and running in less than two weeks. I'm very pleased with their services.
