Clean nursing home.I found a good place for my mother.She can be happy.Things for everyone there

I spent several weeks at Heritage. I have to say the rehab was poor. I left because I could have better one on one rehab at home. But I must say the food was yummy and reminded me of things my mom and grandma used to make. :) the nurses and cmas were very good to me, and a VERY special thank you to Barbie the sweetest little lady ever. Never too busy to help me whatever I needed.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Staff is very rude. They don't offer other options for meals the residents are served what ever even if they don't like it. They aren't offered anything else unless someone calls and tells them about themselves. Meal tickets aren't given to residents to fill out as to what they want. This place should be shut down by the state.

Heritage is like my family, all of the staff are great and work as a team. I would recommend Heritage to any and everyone looking for a great place to put their loved one at.

Please do not let your loved ones go here. Please!!!!! Family member literally has bed sores from not be taken care of or cleaned. Gapping holes in their body. Flesh rotten. She was left in her room to die until we caught it. Horrible place.
