Heritage at Brandon Place

Terrible food always cold. The nurses are very hard to get along with. The staff that ran the place they seem to be okay. There's one or two that is top notch. Other than that there's no more. I would never give this place more than two stars. I would strongly suggest you shop around. I've been here 7 months and nothing has improved.

Tried to get my mom in after her stroke, and they denied her because she had behavioral issues at the beginning of her recovery. After a month of doing well, they still denied her and said they’d never consider her again. I don’t usually leave ratings, but I think it speaks to their character, and it’s horrible to hold something like against a recovering stroke patient, with anxiety. Thank God there are more caring facilities out here!!!

Stayed there one night after a surgery. When I pressed the button for assistance it was over a half hour before someone came to my room. When she came in she angrily snapped at me "Did you know your call button was on?" I told her I was told that dinner would be at 530 p.m., and it was close to seven. She remarked that they weren't to my room yet (which I already knew). She said they were on their way and that I could've gone to the kitchen myself. I'd had surgery and was medicated, but apparently she didn't care. About half an hour later someone came in with two slices of white bread and a slice of processed lunch meat and some kind of drink. I limped my way to the kitchen but it was closed. I asked a different nurse to change my bandages because they'd already bled through my clothes tw

'Heritage at Brandon Place' continues to be a truly great Blessing from God. I have lived here over 4 years, 4 months...I am very happy for a man with 1 leg, and other serious problems. I have been treated very well by all Staff and other employees. I thank God they gave me a very good home.

If I could give 0 I would. Honestly the staffs lack of care for the residents is absolutely sickening and heart breaking. If you care about your family member even just a little bit you would not place any person here. This is not a place you can put your family member and go home at peace knowing they will be fully taken care of. They need to do better and have someone come clean house of these careless people.
