30 years in this industry. HS has gone downhill trying to be a mogul Buying up so many various platforms, unable to properly supoort them, intergrate them, and they charge way way more then competitors, just way more then they should during these awful growth phases, zero apologies for all the lost revenue offices loose in downtime with their products. All the servicrs are unreliable constantly slow, offline, not working. I just find myself in awe people go for the old idea of the brand...wake up every competitor is better: cheaper, better run, better support. Materials; software. Etc Im over them!
