I arrived the day before my appointment because the appointment that I had was an open appointment from 06:00am to 18:00. So I assumed that on the day before drop off hours would be the same. They refused the load and said to come back the following day at 06:00am. Why have a 12 hour block to drop off if you stop accepting loads at noon. Anyway, also be aware that they have two trucker entrances about 30 yards apart for receiving and you don’t know which one to use until they tell you, go to the other check in door. You would think that they could still tell you which dock door to get into understanding that they are in the same building and doing the same thing. I assume that’s too easy and makes too much sense.

Great job but appts are too strict! Checked in the next day @615am, after failed attempt to unload previous day for just 5 pallets. Appt was a the next day but come on 5 pallets. lol. Checked out at 700am.
