I have only good things to say about the service I've received from Henry Schein. The Henry Schein company has assigned me a rep who actually answers her phone and makes sure that the orders go through smoothly and accurately (Thanks Patti M!). I've been pleased with their selection of medical supplies and the attention to detail. The customer service is outstanding. The website could be improved a little, but the great human-to-human interaction more than makes up for some slight website clunkiness. On the whole, I'm impressed.

Bought expensive curing light, broken in about 2 years with very limited uses, no solution offered whatsoever, customer has to just take the loss. Bought bulk toothpaste, expiration date is in about 3 months, rep said it’s normal industry standards, walmart toothpaste has longer expiration dates than that, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very livid. I've had an account with Henry Schein for several years, and placed my first order with them as I was excited to start my integrated mental health clinic in Southern California almost 2 months ago. I understandabIy had to deal with several logistics, but I had placed several orders for things such as Iv start packs and IV fluids. It's been more than a month and I've had little to no communication about the items and have been unable to start my practice. Things could have easily been shipped to me while we figured out other issues related to controlled substances ordering, etc. It honestly seems easier to be a nurse and starting your own medical practice these days than being a doctor, because I know multiple other nurse like practices that have no problems and getting the su

overall experience with Henry Schein has been horrible 1/10.
