These reviews are hilarious because not only does apparently the business fail miserably at simple customer service but their drivers are also rude and unprofessional. Got cut off by one of their drivers yesterday and then he had the nerve to flip ME off. Teach your drivers that when they drive for a COMPANY they represent the company not just themselves which... seems fitting here after a quick look at the reviews.. Driver definitely represented you in a way that seems fitting.

Be forewarned: if you use this company for your website, you do not own it and are effectively trapped if you want to leave. They will not let you keep your site. You are essentially trapped. It is a shameful business model. Be cautious and ask questions, but honestly, look for another vendor.

Beware! Stay away! Do not give your credit card information to Dentrix, Henry Schein One, or Officite. Both are scam companies. Don't trust any contract you sign with them. We were promised no charges until three months after our website was built and activated, Dentrix was activated. Instead, they charged thousands for a nonexistent website, thousands for Dentrix before they activate it, and billed us extra thousands of dollars before starting the Google ad service for our nonexistent website and social media platforms.

Stay away from Henry Schein at all costs. I’ve had the most horrible experiences in dealing with their Dentrix Ascend team. They will tack on surprise charges from their faulty software. Run away from this company unless you want headaches later and love disputing fraudulent charges.
