Henry Ford St. John Hospital

The staff was great from the time I checked in from the time I was discharged. My nurses were very kind and they treated me well. The food service was also A+ they were very polite when I ordered and the lady Kim thank you. Thank you to each and everyone who made my procedure and stay there a pleasant one!

Worst hospital experience! I had several surgery’s at ones. Was to be outpatient but my dr decided I need to stay the night. Saw so many uneducated drs. One dr would tell me one thing the another would say something different. I was told to call when I need to use the rest room no one came for 45 minutes after my call light was on. I had to get up to the commode while my IV was attached but I couldn’t move the pole and stand at the same time. I was also in leg compress. I had to go to the bathroom with all of those things attached and try not to fall as I was unstable and dizzy walking. The night shift nurse:tech were very unprofessional and could care less about me! Just another patient. I was as beyond low maintenance. For all the nurses, nurses aide, housekeepers, and doctors in the North wing room 735 who took care of my mother Debra she truly is grateful and blessed to have been taken care of by such patient, kind, and professional people for the last 5 days she wants to say thank you for all your help and hard work during her time of need. Thank you all so much glad to know my mom was in good hands when I wasn't able to be there myself. God bless each and every one of you.

I came to pick up a close friend and her medication after discharge. Unfortunately the pharmacy was closed; fortunately Rachel from pathology was kind enough to walk me to the pharmacy in the ER to pick up the medicine. As a nurse, I have to give a great review because she was off work and it’s not often that people are this helpful (especially on a Friday). Thank you Rachel from pathology! Your kindness is exactly what healthcare needs!

I'm just a Lyft driver, but here's the story of what just happend... I am utterly disgusted at how the security at the walk-in ER treat people. I picked up a passenger and her elderly senior citizen mother who needed to go the ER. When I arrived at the residence I could tell the daughter needed help with her mother so I got out of my car, helped the daughter get her mother down the porch, down the sidewalk, into my car. The mother was very feeble, on a cane, could barely walk. We got to the ER, I said let me run in and get a wheelchair for her. There were none inside the door, so I was approaching the security and then they started yelling at me telling me to "GET IN LINE BEHIND EVERYONE ELSE!" and I was like "umm, excuse me! I'm just trying to get a wheelchair" They never provided one, so
