Henry Ford Medical Center - New Baltimore

I’m gonna try to make this a short review. We left Henry Ford in Richmond after what we considered not good service. What is wrong with these doctors anymore? Rushing the service. So my husband is sick has not been to the doctor and I don’t even know how many years but now is very sick. They would not see him.. He said all I need is an antibiotic to kill this whatever I have. It’s in my chest …first the lady said he has to see you then. When he called back again she said the doctor don’t want you to come in because you’re sick. He’s gonna do virtual.! What are you kidding? Can you hear my heart? Can you check my lungs and my chest virtual? Can you see in my ear is virtual can you take my temperature virtual? Can you see if I have pneumonia? Is this a big scam for the insurance companies an

My doctor in a practice there was without a doubt one of the best I have ever had. The management of the practice? Not so much. When my doctor left the practice, I was not notified and when prescriptions needed to be reissued CVS called them multiple times and they did not respond. I was left without a doctor and my prescriptions. To say the least it was a very unprofessional situation. I have found a doctor but cannot see him for almost a month and cannot seem to find a way to get prescriptions filled. Henry Ford has lost my business and my confidence.

I sliced my arm open while dressing a deer. I started gushing blood came here because it was the quickest place to my house. This was the best experience at an emergency room in my entire life I was in and out within 20 minutes The doctor was great The girls in the office were great I was totally blown away with the prompt service

This place treats you based on your looks. My friend comes here often due to issues that they cant figure out but because they think shes a drug addict she gets sub optimal care. They leave her in the waiting from for an hour or more when shes screaming in pain and vomiting. Meanwhile they have rooms for everyone who arrives after us. If youre having an emergency go somewhere else. This place is not set up to help all people. Just the ones they judge to be "normal folks"

I had my MRI today. These women were truly amazing. From the front desk lady at Suite 130. Really caring individual. Treated me with dignity and compassion. I was so happy she was my first interaction because she set the tone for a pleasant experience. The other two I would like to mention in the radiology department are Angel and Charee. God, I hope I spelled that correctly. I have extremely bad panic attacks, and those two wonderful ladies made sure I was comfortable for an extremely uncomfortable situation. Kept checking on me , making me feel secure, and even provided a little humor. I hate getting sick, but I didn't mind having those people care for me ❤️💗❤️
