Concentra Urgent Care

My visit was for a drug screen and physical for employment. I unfortunately arrived about 1/2 hour before they closed. I also was not able to pull up my authorization. The lady at the desk was so kind and completely helped me without any hesitation. The RN who was in charge of everything after that point was kind, prompt, and made the process very easy. Overall great experience!

All of my interactions at this Concentra have been quick, easy, and extremely friendly. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and efficient, making each visit a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything runs—from check-in to the actual appointment—and how genuinely kind and attentive everyone is. Their positive attitude and commitment to great service make a real difference and keep me confident about returning whenever I need care.

The Ladies at this clinic were more than cordial, so nice. Excellent service. I was there for a DOT physical and UA. They were expedient , kind , and explained everything and did a thorough job I feel. Very nice folks Two thumbs up.

Steve was great. I enjoyed PT because of the relationship with him. I actually looked forward to going because of the great conversations. Thank you for helping me through a difficult injury. The ladies up front were great also.

I mean givin a doc office a five star is a little over the top .. but great ppl and very clean . And very lovin ppl qho care .. just what you need at the time .. high five
