I was reluctant to initially come here, however I needed stitches. The facility was very clean, the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. She had me checked in and in a room quickly. The PA Christina who assisted me was amazing! She answered all of my questions, made sure I was relaxed and properly prepared me for my stitches. I was very pleased & will return if/when needed.

The nursing staff provided superb attention—compassionate, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail of my care was handled with precision and kindness, making me feel safe and supported throughout my stay. Dr. Bazzi was equally outstanding—thorough in his assessments and clear in their communication. I never felt left in the dark. The entire team made sure I was informed every step of the way, explaining procedures, answering questions, and checking in regularly. My experience at this urgent care was excellent from start to finish. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, taking time to answer my questions while still providing fast service. Everything was handled quickly yet accurately, and I walked out feeling confident in the care I received. Highly recommend this location!

Staff was helpful & the doctor was knowledgeable & explained how to care for my finger afterwards & projected how long it would take to heal! I felt confident about the service she provided
