Henrico Doctors' Hospital

First - I was there to see Dr. Mary Beth Ramsey. I would rate her higher than 5 if I could. She goes up and beyond in helping and makes you feel comfortable in talking to her. She listens and explains in a way that you can understand. Regarding the staff members that assisted me they too were polite and helpful! Dr. Ramsey and the staff that I came in contact with are what makes Henrico Doctors' Hospital a good Hospital.

Everybody was so thoughtful, understanding, kind and detailed in their hospitality. Dr. Raju is my doctor and she did my surgery right along with other beautiful people. My husband and I made the right decision for choosing this hospital. Our son is happy, healthy and very active! We hope that by telling our testimony to others about not being able to conceive had gave them hope. Big thank you to Dr.Raju❤️, RN Haley in L & D❤️, RN Victoria in L&D ❤️, Madison for doing the health checks on our son. RN Chyna for coming in at night to make sure we were good and sooo many others!!! We thank you all and love you! 10/10 we definitely recommend! Everyone was wonderful and I felt stressed free!

I recently had a breast reduction, including my pre-op registration and outpatient surgery at HRD, and I truly cannot say enough good things. Every single person I encountered was incredible — kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. I felt so supported every step of the way. So grateful for such an amazing team.

I was at the hospital on 02/22/2026 for the birth of my baby, and my gratitude is immense! The entire team was wonderful, attentive, and extremely professional in every detail. It was okay overall, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Even though my appointment was scheduled for 5:00 p.m., I ended up waiting about 30 minutes before being seen. The staff themselves were polite and accommodating, which I appreciated, but the facility didn’t have the same welcoming atmosphere that I’m used to at St. Mary’s Hospital. The reception area, in particular, felt subpar. It lacked warmth and looked outdated, which immediately affects a patient’s first impression. I understand that construction can make things chaotic, but even with ongoing work, a hospital should maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Other facilities manage to do this while renovating, so I believe they could improve their efforts to stay aligned with the standards set by comparabl
