Woman on the phone was very rude. Asked her to repeat once, she mocked me and rushed me off the phone.

The people are friendly, very helpful, and kind. While sometimes there is a wait, I've never waited long. The staff always listen to my questions and concerns.

I’ve been calling since last month everyday, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The time wait is unbearable!!

I feel like all these people complaining on waiting are slow cause when u come here or to the doctors you should expect to wait i mean they help alot of people and dont complain well your getting help there service is amazing always very nice and kind.

The customer service was great when I finally was being helped. But the wait is a little too long
