Hennepin County Med Center Clinic

I was in the waiting for 30 minutes until they called me in to another room for check up then I waited on that room for an hour until a nurse came in. She said she forgot that I was in the room so she passed on to the other two patients after me. So final after one hour and 15 minutes, the nurse finally walked and apologized that she forgot about me. What a horrible experience I had and I'm not going back there again.

My mom had an appointment at this place at 9:AM and we checked in 20 minutes before and they brought us in right away to do lab exams and after that at 8:58am they brought us in the exam room and we were waiting for over 35 minutes waiting for doctor Rachael Rapaz. It's not professional

Nice clean place, appointment check in was stream lined, and I felt that the nurses who saw me were competent and kind. I think the front desk staff doesn't always listen to what I say, but I prefer going here to the downtown location.

Very poor customer service.
