Henderson Family Practice

I absolutely love this practice! I love Dr. Henderson but Gracie is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to discuss every detail to ensure the best of care! I’ve been going to this practice now for about 10 years and the caring attitude only has gotten better! Kind, compassionate, gentle caring and respectful.

I was given a DOT physical in September of 2023 and it was wrote up for 2yrs, but by law I should’ve only been giving a year cause of the medications I’m on, but I called to tell them the mistake that was made by said Doctor to see if they would make it right so I wouldn’t have to pay for another physical so was basically told I would have to pay for another physical even though it was there mistake and I didn’t catch it until I applied for a job that is very strict and there insurance company denied the physical and then when you try to talk to someone about it they say it’s above there pay grade. So I had to go and pay another 125 dollars for a new physical and everyone is saying they should’ve made it right it’s there mistake. So we’ll see what a attorney has to say

Dianna at the front needs to work on her customer service skills. She was extremely rude to me over the phone. Acted as if it was a problem for me to set up a payment plan even though I’m out of work due to having a baby also warned me that if I miss one payment they take me to magistrate court for $100 . They act like they’re need their money immediately and can’t work with people like they don’t make hundreds each day. Used to love going to see Dr. Henderson but probably won’t be seeing her anymore because every time I go in there the check in Girl is super loud at the front about your business, which is hippa and set a bad vibe for the whole place. really loved this place because it was faith based it doesn’t seem very faithful anymore.

Very friendly and caring staff. Doctors listen and are open to what you have to say, I wouldn't pick a better doctors office to go to. Henderson family practice cares about you and cares for you. They will forever be my primary doctor and my child's pediatrician.
