If I could give them a fat 0 I would. Rude, disrespectful Doctor. They make the mistakes but want to penalize you for their wrong doings. Never again taking my child here. Lost 5 kids in total from family members and friends kids. You can clearly see the appointment time got there at 5:32pm receptionist Giselle tells me is close tells me to go back tomorrow. I immediately call to see if I can speak with a supervisor didn’t even exit the building I went downstairs and stood by elevator then was sent back upstairs and told doctor would see my child to only be told by the assistant that my child showed up late to appointment and squeezed in last minute after office is close and that they were told not to see my child. I have been going to this practice my entire life and TRUST ME this is such an awful dentist. Every visit there are different hygienists and a different dentist, all staff is rude and dismissive and ignore problems and concerns told by patients. I left with two cavities and they were unable to identify them. Not only that but my face and clothes SOAKED in the same visit because the hygienist decided to spray water on my when I could not open my mouth due to stitches from wisdom teeth surgery!! Such a terrible practice and genuinely hate going to the dentist bc of this practice. No one here has a sense of care for their patients like any other dentist type I’ve been to in my life this is seriously ridiculous and childish.

If I can give this place a -0 review, I would. They do not maintain your appointments. The receptionist desk does not know what they are doing, they are always a complete mess. And this is very sad because their dentist’s are amazing….but I will not be coming back because of the rude staff at the front desk. My appointment for my child got canceled twice. When I finally showed up for my child’s appointment they told me it wasn’t scheduled….also not the first time they have done this to me. I thought they would get better but they have not. Plus I had explain to the receptionist that I do not live close by and it was confirmed that I had this appointment scheduled. She gave me a look like she was completely lost and said to me I can’t help you….if you can’t help me why are you working? It

Horrible!!! Stay away from coming here!!! Don’t come to this place if you don’t want your kids to be treated differently. The staff acted like they know what they’re doing but they don’t. Very poor experience and NOT coming back here EVER!!! There are other pediatric dentist that are 10x better.

Let me explain the Pros & Cons: 1- As you walk in the check in area, you will find 3 or 4 women sitting behind a desk to assist you. They will clearly see you but won’t help because SUPPOSEDLY they have a designated office to attend too. The interesting part is that if they are bored they will help anyone standing staring at them. 2- the waiting area after going to the dentist in the back is just mind blowing. You have no place to really sit or wait for your young child if there are other parents. Also for some other reason the lights right by the dentist section aren’t on. 3- The assistants and dentist are nice and try to be helpful which is the only really saving grave of this location. It’s just everything else that makes this place a circus. 4- Making appointments and getting infor
