Helen has truly been amazing to work with. I’ve had many physical therapists in my lifetime, but she is by far the most knowledgeable. I do CrossFit as well as volleyball, so it’s nice to have a PT who doesn’t want to completely immobilize me. Instead, she has developed exercises to assist in loosening as well as strengthening so that I can feel healthy when I play volleyball or perform CrossFit movements. I’ve also been getting dry needling bi weekly which has helped loosen my muscles around the painful area. Highly highly highly recommend Helen :)
