Helen M. Simpson Rehabilitation Hospital

Overall my time there was great. Staff was awesome until I got close to being released. "Bri" saw one bug in my room and said that I have bed bugs and I was moved to another room. I was told my belongings were bagged into those red hazard bags and taken to the security office. When I was released, my belongings were picked up at the security office. When I got home, I went through my belongings and my Inogen portable oxygen unit and my New Balance sneakers were not in my belongings. I called the rehab and security office several times and each person said the would call me back and no has returned my calls. My nurse from my insurance company also called and no one returned her calls. I am housebound without that unit. Also they put a code on my medical file that will follow me where ever

I was admitted to Helen M Simpson for rehab after spending a week in osteopathic emergency room services. I was experiencing extreme back pain , spasms and leg weakness. Upon being admitted to Helen Simpson, I received very good occupational therapy and physical therapy.The staff was very caring and they did everything in their power to make me comfortable and help me get better. I was able to get the procedures done so I can get a full diagnosis and was also offered help in completing my paperwork to receive my disability insurance. I don’t recommend anyone who gets injured but if you are injured and in need of a rehab, the Helen M Simpson rehab rehabilitation center is a great place to recover! Very knowledgeable and caring staff members.

Caring staff and considerate staff. Staff had a great sense of humor made my days alot easier and took my mind off of things. Staff was exhausted at times but that didn't stop them from taking good care of me...dedicated and patience they all had. STAFF SHOULD GET A RAISE!!!

The nurses, aides, and theropists are the best I've ever dealt with in my life. They were professional ,kind and gentle. They treated me with respect and true concern for my well being. They made me laugh which I believe is a big part of healing. I would recommend Helen Simpson rehab to anyone in need. Thank you all for your support. I feel like I have another family to love. Everyone we dealt with was professional and caring. The facilty was great and the staff was awesome. The handoff between shifts was seamless and easy. I would recommend this rehab to anyone. The facility is very clean and the staff is amazing. Also, the food is great. Thank you everyone at Helen Simpson rehab for getting me home.
