Heights Family Dentistry (Carol L Price, DDS and Eileen Kwee, DDS)

Dr Carol Price is great, but her front desk team it is not! When I first called to make an appointment I asked if they would take the insurance and they said yes; they even took all the information on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, before it, I asked again and they said the procedure was covered by my insurance. Then after the procedure the front desk staff said: “oh you did it with a premier provider; so you can’t use your insurance” so I had to pay 100% over the pocket unexpectedly. Then, because I was happy with Dr Price despite her front desk team, I scheduled a second appointment. But when I asked them to get all my info from the previous clinic, despite my written authorization, her front desk team REFUSED. Told me to do 100% on my own!

Hands down, one of the best dentists I’ve been to in a long time. Dr. Price is incredibly personable and makes you feel comfortable right away. She truly listens to your concerns and creates such a calm, reassuring environment. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I went for my first visit as new patient today. What a great experience! First, the place is new and most importantly everything is very clean. Annabelle the dentist hygienist was so thorough knowledgeable, I actually thought she was the doctor. Their equipment is state of the art. As a new patient Annabelle took many pictures of my teeth, shared them on a monitor and reviewed everything! Doctor Kwee was great as well! Both are so friendly! I strongly recommend them!

I am new patient who recently moved to town, and the entire staff was friendly and thorough. I felt the whole time the team was going above and beyond during my cleaning and exam. Glad to have found such a great dental practice in the heights!

I just moved back to Houston and one of my crowns fell off. I needed to have it glued back on. I called them told him I had an emergency and they said come in and they put it back on for me. A week or so later I had them clean my teeth and do x-rays. Very very nice people and very straightforward. I would highly recommend.
