Unfortunately, I have to leave this review under Dr. Ray since there isn’t an option to review the endodontic practice in general. I did not see Dr. Ray. I saw Dr. Hasselbach for a root canal consult in the Greensburg office. My tooth was very sensitive and I couldn’t tolerate the testing due to pain. I declined to proceed further. There was no fanfare about it. I wasn’t angry or upset and the doctor did not appear to be either. He simply explained he couldn’t complete a root canal without completing all the testing. I voiced understanding, the appointment ended, and I left. Fast forward two months, and the tooth has calmed down quite a bit but still needs addressed. This was the 2nd time my wife had an appointment with Aimee Trabold D.M.D. My wife asked for me to be present during the discussion of options regarding her root canal aftercare pain. My wife explained she has a disability, deaf in her right ear, and needed me to hear what the options were. Apparently Dr. Trabold doesn't understand the American Disability Act (ADA). After much dismay from Dr. Trabold I was "allowed" to be present, even though I was on my wife's HIPPA form for sharing information. Dr. Trabold was extremely unprofessional, when I tried to ask for clarification e.g. She stated my wife will be on an antibiotic for 7 days, I asked Dr. Trabold if my wife had an infection. Dr. Trabold stated, "You are attacking me!" I asked a follow up question and finally her answer was "No the

Dr Ray is excellent. I have gotten two root canals by her now. She describes exactly what she will be doing before she does it, and during the whole procedure. She also checked my first root canal when I came back this time just to make sure everything is well with that tooth. Appreciate Dr Ray and the whole office as they have been very helpful!

Dr. Herb Ray performed a root canal for me. I had broken a tooth and needed a cap, but first my dentist said I had to have a root canal on the tooth. Dr. Ray is professional yet friendly. His workmanship is superb. I felt no pain, not even the nova cane shots were uncomfortable. Absolutely no pain later in the day, nor the next day. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a positive experience with a root canal.

All of the people working the front desk are pleasant people who genuinely will help you. Heidi Ray however is rude to staff, was rude to me before introducing herself, provided minimal information and walked out of the room in the middle of consulting with me regarding my irritated tooth. Ms. Ray provided no information regarding pain management or timeline of future appointments, as she did not come back in the room. She also would not provide accurate information for treatment outlook stating, "the stats don't matter to you it'll either work for you or it won't." If you wish to have informed consent about your care and want to be treated with respect, this is not the office for you. Stay away.
