Heidi Ella Wellness and Massage at The Wellness Center

I went to the Wellness and Massage Center to seek relief from back pain at lever 8 when I bent over. The Injury was caused by overextending while doing crunchies on a ball. I did not tell Heidi that I also had been limping and had restricted motion in my right leg. After her massage treatment and LED Red Light Therapy, my back pain is at level 1 and I no longer walk with a limp. I am 85 years old and have numerous Chropractic, Massage, and Acupjuncture treatments but have never experienced such quick and effective relief.

I've been going to Heidi for close to 12 years now (mainly for prenatal and postnatal massages but also regular therapeutic ones). I have loved every massage I got. Highly recommend. They have tables with the stomach holes for pregnancy which is totally awesome.

Heidi goes all out for her clients. She is always digging to find new information and understanding that will help those who come for assistance.
