Dr. Alexis Strauss has taken such great care of my family, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The doctors at Heiden and Heiden are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and attentive. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel truly cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. We trust them completely with our eye care and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Florida!

I’ve been going to Heiden & Heiden for several years, and it just dawned on me that I’ve never left a review. This is a little bit out of the way From where I live, but it’s well worth it every year that I’ve gone. The staff are always very friendly, and Dr. Strauss is second to none.

I was examined by one of their colleagues & then by Dr. Alexis Heiden Strauss. After the "which is better, 1 or 2" examination, I felt uncomfortable with the somewhat blurry choices, left uneasy & skeptical. I owe Dr. Strauss & her office an apology for my hasty judgement & doubt. They, of course, did a Great Job, I'm pleased with my glasses, I highly recommend them & give them 5 stars, for their expertise, professionalism, courtesy & pleasantness.

Great experience every time. Dr Jackie was very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. The optician was very nice. They take their time, never a rush. I have also seen Dr Straus in the past and was a great experience as well. Thank you for taking great care of my family. Highly recommend.
