Heiden Dental Office

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and haven’t had any issues until today. I’m not sure who the receptionist calling to reschedule appointments is, but the woman who just called me trying to get me to reschedule just now was very rude. I’ve already had to reschedule an appointment because they stopped making courtesy calls without letting anyone know. My rescheduled appointment was today at 4pm. She called me wanting me to come in early at 3:30. I get off work at 3, and explained to them that I can come but may be a few minutes after 3:30. Apparently that wasn’t what they wanted to hear and they wanted to reschedule me for another day entirely. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The dentist is some 80 year old guy, who probably mad caps for dinosaurs, which would be okay except for the staff is extremely rude and judgemental, including the dentist. I'm a single mother with three children. I went a while without health insurance, so when I was able, I made appointments for my children to be seen. The doctor and staff made me feel like an unfit parent when I brought my children in. He literally said, "I haven't seen your mouth, but judging by your kids you probably need extensive work". My mouth is perfectly fine, by the way. All I'm saying is that you never know someone's situation, and if you're going to be judgemental, you probably shouldn't be in the public service industry. Refused to see my daughter because she had tartar build up on her teeth. She just visited his office three prior so he didn't do his job on the initial visit. I could hear the nurses in that background talking about my daughter I guess trying make excuses for their unprofessional behavior.

I had a terrible experience at a near by dental clinic and ended up here some how. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it! The staff was wonderful kind and caring. Took the time to talk with me and give my best option at the best price. Love it here

They put my partial crown on and let me make payments until my appointment to put the crown on. They were so nice and took their time to make sure my crown matched my other front tooth. They are great!
