Dr. Heidelberger helped me to change my life. I learned about my body and energy type in a way that gave language to my intuitive knowing of what was going on with me. She assessed me holistically, looking at all areas and factors of my life and how they interact. I felt safe and supported under her care. I enjoyed solving the ‘puzzles’ of where to make adjustment together and integrating the treatments and lifestyle changes that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I am so grateful for this experience and would recommend her services to anyone who is looking to transform their life. A better approach to medicine. Dr. Heidelberger seems to combine eastern and western medicine. She looks at you as a whole and then recommends changes and provides you with knowledge on what she suggests and why. A lot of natural remedies, herbs, diet. She also really cares and you can tell she cares about you. Best doctor I've been to. I've been in and out of the doctor for a few years now and I didn't know I had multiple vitamin deficiencies, I feel they overlooked that and how it can play a role on your health to be lacking something important. Now I finally have what I need. Thank you Dr. Heidelberger.

I’m not sure what more to say other than I owe my life to Dr. Heidelberger! She has been there for me in my lowest of lows (medically) to my highest of highs (in yoga and meditation). From nutritional advice to physical movement to my environment to herbal remedy recommendations - she has coached me through many obstacles. I am happy to report that many of my ailments (that were in my control) have been alleviated after practicing what Dr. H preaches! Now, I am a full time yoga teacher teaching others what she had taught to me (holistic health & yoga/meditation).
