I’m pretty disappointed with my recent experience. I tried calling multiple times shortly before closing time, and no one answered the phone. If a business is open until a certain hour, customers should reasonably expect someone to be available to answer calls during that time. I understand things can get busy near closing, but not answering at all — especially without an automated message or callback — feels unprofessional. Clear communication is important, and it makes a big difference in customer experience.

From start to finish, my experience at this urgent care was nothing short of amazing. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and cared for. Haley was phenomenal — she did my X-rays and was so calming, patient, and beyond kind. She explained every step and made what could’ve been an anxious moment feel completely easy. Tyler, my nurse, was equally professional and caring — attentive, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate. Dr. Wayne Graham was absolutely outstanding. He took his time, listened to everything, and ran a full work-up — bloodwork, chest X-rays, urine test, and viral panels — to rule everything out. I got into a nest of hornets while trout fishing the Provo River. They were quick, polite, and welcoming. Gave me a little steroid shot to help with the inflammation and irritation and sent me on my way.

Dr Grayson, and his whole nursing staff were amazing! They were quick and efficient, and made me feel comfortable and at peace during a scary situation.
