My daughter was a victim. We had a caregiver that we loved but when my daughter went into the hospital, the ADULT employee never reported that my child was in the hospital. She forged our signature on her time sheet. The agency called me and told me I was committing Medicaid fraud...UM HOW, your employee did that on her own, so how am I responsible. the other excuse was always that the employee doesn't have a car, I'm not on the bus-line..... NO, the issue is your ethics are all screwed up so your employees live what you teach them. I would never ever again recommend them unless the entire staff is different, especially the office manager.

Horrible!!! The staff that run the facility and the nurses are of two different breed. The people they employ are usually genuine and sincere however the people that the family actually have to deal with and work together are uncaring and unprofessional. They do not seem to understand that their employees are in-turn working for the family as well and notice is needed when someone can not show up to work. When requesting respite hours they do not let you know when they can not fulfill them until you ask on the day where the next person is. They (per the staff themselves) do not have staff on a holiday which is usually when a family would need care for a loved one.
