Great experience at Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry! The customer service was outstanding from the front desk to the dental team. AJ, the dental hygienist, was very gentle, thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The office was clean, calming, and I was even called back before my appointment time. Highly recommend!

Never had dental phobia in 40+ years until I was treated here several times. I was told that I had periodontitis and needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning and injections were so painful but I trusted I was being worked on by a professional. For almost 3 months I had severe sensitivity on one side of my tongue. Everything I ate felt like ice. I finally called and talked to the owner Dr. Epps and she said “We let that person go because they were being too rough with our patients and we got multiple complaints.” My BIGGEST COMPLAINT is Dr. Epps also did a filling that broke while in the chair and she told me to “Just go home.
