I found Tyler and Sheila very professional and accommodating. I am never kept waiting. Sheila is very good about appointment reminders. I got my new hearing aids yesterday and Tyler made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction. I was told I can just drop in for a cleaning without an appointment. That is very important to me. Where I had gotten my previous hearing aids had a set time on certain days for cleaning. I lived an hour away so when I was in town I dropped in once and they absolutely would not help me. Wanted to set an appointment that was inconvenient for me plus the drive time. I would definitely recommend Tyler.
