The first appointment my daughter had was fine. It was the second appointment were everything took a turn. We scheduled an appointment for 3:30 to pick up the hearing aid. We had the appointment card for 3:30 and my daughter had the appointment confirmed verbally over the phone. My daughter the day of the appointment receives a call that her appointment was at 2:30 and it was already 2:45. She tried to call the office back several times and no one answered. We arrive at the clinic, and the receptionist already had a chip on her shoulder. She tells us the appointment was at 2:30 and we kept tell her it was not and that we were scheduled for 3:30. She would not budge saying the computer says 2:30 and no one has changed it, they are booked and we missed our appointment. She goes to speak with

Dr Jaffe was very cordial and helpful.she replaced wires on my hearing aid and cleaned them and told me to drop by anytime I had an issue. I highly recommend them for yo ur hearing needs. She even looked up a number of a company in Florida that would services my sister hearing aid for me now that's service! Thank you Dr Jaffe

Dr. Jaffe was helpful and courteous. She answered my questions and provided the service I requested in a professional manner. However, the person at the front desk seemed bothered that I was there. Her attitude was totally different from Dr. Jaffe’s.
