The schedulers and the scheduling system are utterly useless, you are better off making the appointments yourself online. Trying to reach someone on the phone is frustrating, and then when you finally reach someone they prove to be so inefficient it adds to the frustration. I'm not sure if it's laziness combined with a lack of care and concern.... Or did the people working there forget what it's like being a patient. This office did not have an actual doctor for a month or more, and I didn't feel comfortable or confident with the Physician Assistants there. They finally have a new doctor, so hoping that things improve. Unfortunately, there seems to be a pervasive attitude of uncaring and ignorance with many of the UPMC nursing staff in doctor's offices.

Quick visit, provider was thorough. I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly.

Honestly I changed to this doctor office instead of going to diamantoni and associates and I couldn’t feel more disappointed. Instead of my doctor (Saba) being untrustworthy she just won’t tell me anything. I have to pull explanations out of her like she’s doesn’t want to tell me the why’s and how’s. I can’t even get a simple hormone panel down because is not (essential) and they would rather you get sick then take preventative measures to just stay healthy. They don’t expect or want you to ask questions they are the doctors and you are the patient so the less you know the better is what seems to be the case here. I’d like to feel like a patient they care about not just a 7minute money mule that they get you in and out for. And specifically a reason I will at least be changing my doctor is

I started at Heartland when Dr. Hurtubise first opened the practice and everyone has since left. I started to see Allison Gilman and have had nothing but issues with her. She changed my medications based on what is typically prescribed rather than looking at what I have been prescribed in the past which made me feel like I didn't have a say in my treatment plan. Everything is a battle with her and she is borderline condescending in electronic communications. I now have anxiety related to my medical appointments from the past 6 months of seeing her. Oh and the practice now Nickle and dimes you for your appointments so be sure to choose carefully what you bring up in the appointment otherwise you will be billed for "concerns" when all you asked for was a prescription refill (better to do tha

I attempted to set up an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was very rude and spoke too fast and unclear. A receptionist is the first point of contact for a business and should be polite and considerate. I certainly will not be going to this facility as their first point of contact was unprofessional.
