I’ve delt with the lake placid location with no issue. Called this location as it was my drs in ft pierce suggestion. And it was on the way home. Called for crutches and were told they had them and come in. Stoped in on the way home. It was like 20 mins out of my way. Only to have the lady tell me hey only have children ones ( I asked about adult ) and then assumed I had Medicare and they don’t take it. Yet another associate asked what I have. And said they have no issue. And I can come back the next day. Well it’s 1.5 hrs away. I’ll pass.

Worked with this staff on providing a community resource then became a customer in the pharmacy and get the same treatment in both situations. Always a very caring bed side manner and and understanding of patient needs. I am grateful for the service I've received especially when it comes to my son's medication.

I love this pharmacy. They're fast and friendly and almost never have to pay anything when we go there. If we do have to pay the prices are way cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you heartland discount pharmacy 👍
