Heart Hospital

Nurses have all been wonderful, but nurse Ashley from Taylor’s Falls (8th floor heart hospital) was outstanding. She was helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and really took time to know us!! Thank you all!!

Virtual Visits are blocked by Network providers revoking phone numbers or banned. Unable to establish account due to phone number blocked by MHealth and Alina. U Care Insurance also part of the issues resulting U care Employees canceling appointments more than 10 times to Jeffrey L. Jones and because they've refused payments for over 2yrs. now and legal aid Atty. Linda refuses help after thousands of dollars racked up unpaid to hospitals and because insurance Ucare says Medicare is supposed to pay first which is wrong . Commerce Department stated they do not regulate its a State Problem.

I was originally scheduled to have a valve replacement surgery in March. Covid-19 delayed everything. I was seen in June. Out in July. Had most of my concerns handled. The Nursing Staff was beyond excellent. (Except for one) I have never been taken care of so extremely well. I was there long enough to get creative with the menu. No real concerns or complaints.

Wife had back surgery. Her care has been really great. All of the employees have been wonderful to her. A new and modern facility. I would recommend it to anyone b
