Got the wrong meds twice! So, I am visiting the area and had to have a couple of prescriptions sent here, an estrogen patch and a depression med. Dropped off the empties last week , stating that while these had no refills listed, I do have new refills on file at my previous pharmacy, so all they had to do was contact them. Two minutes later I get a call stating that the prescriptions had no refills and they couldn't fill them. I stated again that they need to contact my previous pharmacy. Yesterday I got the texts that my meds were ready. Went to pick them up and they gave me the wrong brand of estrogen patch, and the wrong depression med. I take the extended release and they gave me the immediate release version. I mention this and was told that my doctor must've sent the wrong prescri

I love this place. They usually have exactly what I need. They are quick to get my prescriptions filled. If I need something that they do not carry, they will order it for me. They have a wonderful gift shop inside as well. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help anyone.

The girls at Heart City Drug over truly bend backwards and make the effort to ensure you get the right medications as soon as possible. I've seen them time after time sit down with a customer and take as much time needed to help understand their prescription. HCD is definitely a great asset to reflect upon in the Valentine community.

Valentine had needed this place for years! Very professional, great people and that down home country feeling! All the services of those big chain store pharmacies but none the of the headaches.
