First, the phone number on their business card does not work, making it impossible to cancel appointments. When I finally reached them, they hit me with a $400 no-show fee ($200 each for both of my parents) despite their own failed communication. Even worse, they claim they "confirmed" the appointment—but instead of calling the day before (which is standard practice), they insist they called on July 28 for an August 7 appointment. A 10-day "confirmation" is meaningless patients’ plans change, and a real reminder should happen within 24-48 hours.
