Hears Audiology provides truly amazing service. Stepping into the office feels like entering a quiet welcoming haven. The focus is immediately on the patient and Cathy’s patient approach is kind, thoughtful, and thorough. She listens and takes the time to “hear” the patient.My own experience at a huge multidisciplinary facility was rapid fire quick leaving me w/many unanswered questions. Future appointments were no better. My husband’s first experience at a smaller office while calmer did not have personnel who took the time to be thorough and sense my husband’s lack of enthusiasm. He then prescribed non rechargeable hearing aides impossible for my husband to insert into the appliance. Found those little batteries everywhere. Subsequent visits for adjustments were brief and did not addres

I was recently evaluated for a hearing aid and cannot give higher praise for the manner in which I was treated. Both Kathy and Eileen were excellent in their manner and professional ability. Kathy has now become my Audiologist of choice for now and all my future hearing needs. I feel fortunate to have found her!
